Tuesday morning, Phoklandian Prime Minister Casper was escorted to Unicornia for the first state visit of the decade. Among the things discussed were the holiday season, and the Unicornian flag - a design from Zar Antonov was adopted briefly, but soon replaced by a design illustrated by Diarch April. A digital adaption of the design is shown below.
Prime Minister Casper had intended to allow Unicornia to join Phokland as a protectorate, but the subject did not come up at the meeting. It is possible that it will be discussed at a future state visit, however.
