On Monday, the Phoklandian government announced an upcoming restructuring of territory, involving ceding three cities to the Austenasian dependency of Bregusland and annexing a new city. Members of parliament will be moved accordingly to make up for this move.
Bregusland was originally a part of the Kingdom of Rosston, but became independent from a successor state early last year. It was quickly annexed by Austenasia but activity in the region grinded to a halt over time. Around the time the Phoklandian Free State was created, local and overseas politicians came together to breathe new life into Bregusland. Since then it has grown in population and power.
On March 1st, Vundenberg, Wynland and Duckland will be ceded to Austenasia as part of Bregusland. Wynland's representative, Raven Cortier, will be moved to the city of Todge. Duckland will be replaced with a nonterritorial city called Entenburg, which will still exist for the representation of nonresidential citizens; Ducklandian representative Charles Ross will be moved to Entenburg.
Due to the changes above, all parliamentary districts in Phokland will be represented. Vundenberg representative Richard Seeger will have no parliamentary district to move to, so an undisclosed part of the city will remain under Phoklandian control during a transitional period, which will last until a new represented territory is formed. This territory may be formed sooner rather than later, as a city called Sabiland is currently being formed in the Navārdia province.

As stated before, the majority of these changes will go into effect on March 1st, 2020. The date on which Sabiland will be created is still a mystery, though internal reports cite an aim for spring.
