On Thursday, Grand Duke Casper signed a mutual recognition treaty with HIM William Lehman, Emperor and Autocrat of Lehmark. For those who do not know, Lehmark is a nation on the continent of Oceania and a member of the LPN.
Talks between Navārdia and Lehmark were brought about through the league. A diplomatic email was sent to the Lehmarkian Department of Foreign Affairs, and it was quickly decided that a treaty should be signed. On Thursday morning, a treaty was signed.
Lehmark is the second LPN member to recognize Navārdian sovereignty, after Phokland, and the third nation overall. You can read the treaty signed with them here.
